Report of the Activities of the OAU Commission of Fifteen on Refugees to the 45th Ordinary Session of the OAU Council of Ministers 23rd-28th February 1987

Abstract

This report presents the OAU commission of fifteen on refugees covering the activities of the commission for the period from August 1986 to February, 1987. It includes a review as well as an overview of the general refugee situation in Africa since the commission`s last report to the 44th ordinary session of the OAU Council of Ministers held in Addis AddisAbaba, Ethiopia in July, 1986. The commission has also incorporated in this report the activities which the OAU Bureau for Refugees carried out under the direction of the commission during the period under review.
