Tenth ordinary session of the OAU Defense Commission, held in Tripoli, Libya, from March 28 to 31, 1989,chaired by Brother Abou Arrahman Seed, Secretary for Defense of the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, the session brought together representatives from member states to discuss critical issues related to African defense cooperation and security.
