Report of the AD-HOC Committee of Fourteen on the Structural Reform of the OAU

Abstract

This report presents the findings and recommendations of the AD-HOC committee of fourteen regarding the structural reform of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) Council of Ministers, discussed during the fifty-first ordinary session held from February 19 to 24, 1990, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The committee was formed to address the pressing need for modernization and effectiveness within the OAU framework in response to the evolving political landscape in Africa.
