Nomination of Members of the OAU AD-HOC Administrative Tribunal

Abstract

This report provides proceedings of the Council of Ministers during its Fiftieth Ordinary Session held from July 17 to 21, 1989, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, focusing on the nomination of members to the OAU Administrative Tribunal. The session addressed the necessity of establishing a tribunal to enhance administrative justice within the Organization of African Unity (OAU).
