Summary of Financial Implications Arising from Recommendations of the AD-HOC Committee of Fourteen (14) on OAU Structural Reforms

Abstract

This report examines the financial implications stemming from the recommendations put forth by the Ad-Hoc Committee of Fourteen (14) regarding structural reforms within the Organization of African Unity (OAU) during the fifty-first ordinary session of the Council of Ministers, held from February 19 to 24, 1990, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the committee presented proposals aimed at enhancing the OAU's operational efficiency and effectiveness.
