This report presents the comments from the General Secretariat, as well as Regional and Sub-Regional Offices, regarding the report of the Board of External Auditors, discussed during the fifty-first ordinary session of the Council of Ministers held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from February 19 to 24, 1990. The comments in the report aimed to address the findings and recommendations outlined in the audit report, emphasizing areas of concern and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency.
