This report outlines the rules of procedure for the conference of ministers of social affairs, emphasizing the inclusive composition of representatives from recognized liberation movements by the Organization of African Unity (OAU), as well as intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations focused on social development in Africa to engage in the conference's activities.
