This report addresses the root causes of the refugee crisis in Africa, as highlighted during the fiftieth ordinary session in Addis Ababa. The Council of Ministers acknowledged the gravity of the refugee situation and its complex interplay with broader socio-political and economic issues affecting both countries of origin and asylum.
