Report of the Fifteenth (15th) Meeting of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA) Council of Ministers responsible for Trade

Abstract

The African Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA) Secretary General’s report focused on five key areas: (i) The status of ratifications, submission of Tariff Offers, Schedules of Specific Commitments and outstanding negotiations; (ii) the Status of AfCFTA Implementation; (iii) Stakeholder engagements; (iv) Administration and Human Resources, and (v) recommendations as a way forward for an effective implementation of the AfCFTA Agreement.
