Abstract

This report presents the findings of the Board of External Auditors' review of the Headquarters' accounts for the financial year 1989/90, concluding on May 31, 1990. The audit process was facilitated by the comprehensive end of year reports and supporting documentation provided by the Director of the Finance Department and the Head of the Budget Control Division.
