Draft Report of the OAU Commission of Fifteen on Refugees

Abstract

This present draft report is, therefore, an update of the report under reference. It covers the period July 1990 to April 1991. The Commission in its attempt to present the picture of the refugee scene within this period, has had to rely to some extent on the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, especially with regard to refugee population figures.
