This report gives an account of how the feasibility study on RASCOM was undertaken and the summary of the study. In addition, it gives a summary of the outcome of the Conference of African Ministers of Telecommunications which was convened in Abuja from 4 to 6 February 1991, to decide on the follow-up to the study.
