Report of the Secretary-General on the Feasibility Study on the Regional African Satellite Communications System

Abstract

This report gives an account of how the feasibility study on RASCOM was undertaken and the summary of the study. In addition, it gives a summary of the outcome of the Conference of African Ministers of Telecommunications which was convened in Abuja from 4 to 6 February 1991, to decide on the follow-up to the study.
