Report of the OAU Commission of 15 on Refugees to the 54th Session of the OAU Council of Ministers

Abstract

This present report is, therefore, an update of the report under reference. It covers the period July 1990 to April, 1991. The Commission in its attempt to present the picture 0f the refugee scene within this period, has had to rely to some extent on the office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, especially with regard to the refugee population figures.
