Draft Agenda

Abstract

This is the draft agenda for the fifty fifth ordinary session of the OAU Council of Ministers, from 24-28 February 1992, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The agenda covered a wide range of organizational matters, including the adoption of the agenda, election of the bureau, and reports from the Secretary-General on organizational activities (May 1991 - February 1992), financial and administrative issues (e.g.budgets, external audits, contributions). Key discussions to address political matters such as the situations in South Africa, the Middle East, Palestine, the liberation of Africa, and an interim report on reparations for exploitation and slave trade.
