Budget Control Audit Report of the Accounts of OAU Centre for Linguistic and Historical Studies by Oral Tradition, Celtho, Niamey for Ten, Month Period Ended 31st March, 1991

Abstract

In accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the Financial Rules and Regulations of the Organization of African Unity, the Secretary-General authorized the Chief of the Budget Control Section for Regional Offices to conduct an on the spot audit of the accounts of the OAU Centre for Linguistic and Historical Studies by Oral Tradition in Niamey. The audit covered the ten-month period ending 31st March 1991. The fieldwork was carried out from Tuesday, 30 April to Monday, 6 May 1991, with the Director and the Finance Officer of the Centre present during the process.
