Abstract

Draft agenda for the fifty fifth ordinary session of the OAU Council of Ministers from 24-28 February 1992, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The agenda covered a wide range of organizational matters, including the adoption of the agenda, election of the bureau, and reports from the Secretary-General on organizational activities (May 1991 - February 1992), financial and administrative issues (e.g., budgets, external audits, contributions).
