This report details the fourth ordinary session of the African Ministers of Health, which convened in Eswatini, following proceeding of the Experts' Group Meeting held from April 22-27, 1991. The Ministerial Session was officially opened on Monday, April 29, 1991 and It was chaired by H.E. Hon. Z.K.R. Kahiem, the Minister of Health of Uganda, and notably attended by His Majesty King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
