Financial Report for the 1990/1991 Financial Year

Abstract

This report details the financial activities of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) for the fiscal year 1990/91,prepared in accordance with Article 70 of the OAU Financial Rules and Regulations, it provides a comprehensive overview of the financial operations of both the General Secretariat and its Regional and Sub-Regional Offices. The report aims to fulfill the requirement for the Director of the Finance Department to submit a detailed account of the Organization's financial performance at the end of each financial year, thereby ensuring transparency and accountability in the management of OAU funds.
