Abstract
This report details the significant amendments made to the N'sele Ceasefire Agreement of March 29, 1991, previously amended at Gbadolite on September 16, 1991. These further amendments were agreed upon and signed in Arusha, Tanzania, on July 12, 1992, following peace talks held between the Government of Rwanda and the Rwandese Patriotic Front from July 10-12, 1992.
