This report by the Secretary-General addressing the Question of Palestine, following Resolution CM/Res.1394 (LVI) adopted by the Council of Ministers at its 56th Ordinary Session in Dakar, Senegal (June 22-28, 1992). The resolution strongly reaffirmed solidarity with the Palestinian people's legitimate struggle under the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to reclaim occupied territories and exercise their inalienable national rights.
