Abstract

This report, presented during the fifty-eighth ordinary session of the OAU Council of Ministers in June 1993, provides a comprehensive overview of the refugee situation across Africa over a five-month period. It highlights the worsening refugee crisis driven by ongoing conflicts, civil strife, and natural disasters, which continue to displace large populations across the continent.
