Abstract

This report details the strategic principles for combating the epidemic, which include demonstrating strong political commitment, intensifying HIV prevention efforts (especially sexual transmission), strengthening care and support for those affected, promoting relevant research, accelerating multisectoral planning and action, and prioritizing external resource allocation.
