This report is an addendum to the annotated agenda for the 59th ordinary session of the OAU Council of Ministers, outlines Egypt's proposal for the Creation of an African Commission on Crime Prevention. The proposed Commission aims to fulfill strategic objectives of the OAU by fostering and coordinating cooperation among African states in security and crime prevention.
