Report of the Fourteenth Ordinary Session of the AD HOC Committee of Fourteen on Structural Reform

Abstract

This report details the fourteenth ordinary session of the Ad Hoc committee of fourteen on structural reform of the OAU, held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on November 2, 1993,presided over by the ambassador of Zambia and vice chairman, H.E. Mr. Simataa Akapelwa, in the absence of the substantive chairman, the session commenced with an opening ceremony emphasizing the committee's mandate and progress in structural reform.
