Abstract

This report proposed by Zimbabwe to the Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), detailing the African Group's stance on reforming the United Nations. The core of the argument is the need to democratize the entire UN system. The report argues for making the General Assembly the supreme decision-making body, operating on a "one-country one-vote" principle.
