Abstract

This report details the proceedings and outcomes of the sixtieth ordinary session of the Advisory Committee on Administrative, Budgetary and Financial Matters of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), held from March 28-30, 1994. The session's primary mandate was to review and approve virement requests from the General Secretariat for the 1993/94 financial year, in accordance with article 86 of the organization's financial rules and regulations.
