Final Report on the Review of the OAU Scale of Assessment

Abstract

This report details the proceedings and outcomes of the fifth ordinary session of the OAU standing committee on the review of the scale of assessment for member states held from October 3-5, 1994, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The primary purpose of the session was to readjust the OAU's scale of assessment for member state contributions, following the admission of new members: South Africa, Eritrea, and Namibia.
