Request for OAU Observer Status Submitted by the Federation of African Consultants for Forum of African Voluntary Development Organizations (FAVDO)

Abstract

This report is submitted to the Sixty-first Ordinary Session of the OAU Council of Ministers (23–27 January 1995, Addis Ababa), presents a request for Observer Status by the Forum of African Voluntary Development Organizations (FAVDO), established in 1987 and headquartered in Dakar, Senegal. FAVDO is a non-profit institution dedicated to promoting and strengthening indigenous voluntary development organizations across Africa.
