This report details the proceedings of the African Conference on Food Security and Agricultural Development, held from April 15 to 18, 1995, in Tunis, Tunisia, under the auspices of the Tunisian Agriculture and Fisheries Union (UTAP). The conference, presided over by President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, aimed to address critical issues surrounding food security and agricultural development across the continent.
