Report of the meeting of the Sub-Committee on programs and conferences

Abstract

This report provides the proceedings of the Permanent Representatives' Committee (PRC) Sub-Committee on Programs and Conferences meeting held on 12 June 2025, chaired by H.E. Ana Nemba Uaiene (Mozambique). Attended by representatives from 28 Member States, the meeting focused on refining the African Union’s operational planning, reviewing the 2026 calendar of meetings, and addressing critical strategic coordination issues aligned with Agenda 2063. The primary discussion centered on the proposed revised road map for the review and approval of the AU Strategic Plan (2024–2028) Commission.
