Report of five Africa-Europe Ministerial Troika meetings. It includes the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th meeting in Brussels, Addis Ababa and Luxembourg. Among other subjects the meeting discussed the implementation of the joint strategy; the situation in Africa, especially in Sudan and Chad, Somalia, Zimbabwe and Mauritania. Also discussed the situation in Europe concerning Georgia and Kosovo. Sub-topics of interests were: Elections, food security, oil prices, climate and environment, migration, universal jurisdiction, the Lisbon treaty, neighboring policy including the Mediterranean Union. Other subjects included were the economic meltdown and the partnership between Africa and the European Union, peace and Security, Regional Economic Communities and the African Peer Review Mechanism.
