Abstract

In this Agenda different topics were raised and assigned to two committees, Committee A and B. Committee A was responsible to review report of the Administrative Secretary General (part I and II), report of the commission on the problem of refugees and report by ad-hoc commission on the border dispute between Algeria and Morocco. It was also assigned issues on Congo-Leopoldville, decolonization, Apartheid and racial discrimination and United Nation. On the other hand Committee B had to review report of the Administrative Secretary General (Part III, IV and V), issues on Staff and Financial Regulations, budget of the General Secretariat, reports by specialized commissions of economic and social, defense, scientific, technical and research, transport and communication, health, sanitation and Nutrition. It was also assigned to discuss the financing of the South Africa, a report of the Administrative Secretary-General on the election of members for the Commission of Conciliation, Mediation and arbitration and establishment of an international institute in Africa.
