Rules of Procedure of the co-ordination committee for the liberation of Africa

Abstract

The document contains the rules of procedure for the Coordinating Committee for the Liberation of Africa. In these rules membership, functions, representation, location of the Committee, how to conduct meetings, working languages, are described and defined. Among other issues the annex includes comments of member states on amended rules of procedure of the liberation committee.
