Report of the tripartite committee on the reconciliation of GRAE and MPLA

Abstract

The Tripartite Committee having discussed the situation Unanimously decided to submit recommendations to the Council of Ministers first to congratulate MPLA for having answered the invitation of the Committee and for the good will show by its leaders second regret the absence of GRAE lastly to note the cable addressed to the Chairman of the Committee of Nine by the Chairman of the Tripartite Committee regarding the grant of all facilities liable to remove the obstacles mentioned by GRAE.
