Report of the Administrative Secretary-General on the possibility of erecting a permanent HQ building for the O.A.U.

Abstract

The report considers the re submission Document CM/100 on the studies concerning the erection of a permanent Headquarter building for the O.A.U ,since there was no progress on the matter, the issues was brought to the attention of the council and it was further observed that some Architectures and Civil engineers had submitted the technical analyses and prices without previous tender invitation from the General Secretarial.
