Abstract

This financial report explains the difficulties involved in the implementation of 1967-1968 budget and the endeavor of the General Secretariat to keep itself strictly to the financial limits authorized for the period covered by the financial year. The report covers the details of expenditure and savings, contributions, accounts of the organization, South West Africa case contributions, revenues and financial statements.
