Report of the review of the levels of salaries and the structure of the General Secretariat

Abstract

The Council of Ministers in its 11th session assigned the General Secretariat the business of reviewing the salary levels and the structure of the General Secretariat taking into account the salary levels in International Organizations and African Diplomatic Missions in Addis Ababa and elsewhere. The General Secretariat couldn’t finalize the task of accumulating the facts and figures for the study as to the dadeline set by the Council of Ministers. Because of this, it requested the Council of Ministers more time to prepare a report by the next Session of the Council of Ministers
