Draft convention on the Status of Refugees in Africa as revised by the General Secretariat

Abstract

This report highlights that the Charter of the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of human Rights have affirmed the principle that human beings shall enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms without discrimination, Considering that the Member States should co-ordinate and harmonize their general policies and grant refuges minimum legal rights.
