The Administrative Secretary General’s progress report concerning the territories under Portuguese, France and Spanish domination

Abstract

The report discussed the situations in the territories under Portuguese, French and Spanish domination. The colonial powers supported by NATO became bigger threat to world peace and security. It was not easy for the African States to get rid of their domination and achieve their independence.
