Recommendation for the new rates of per diem for the O.A.U. staff on official duties

Abstract

This is a recommendation on the rates of per diem applicable in the various capitals paid to O.A.U. officials whilst on official duty. It considered the cost of living in the capitals of O.A.U. Member States for the study.
