This report involved an updated information on the situation of dependent territories such as Rhodesia, South West Africa, Portuguese occupied territories, neutral military commission on Angola, the so-called French Somaliland, and Comoro Islands. It also highlighted the implementation of the corrective measures adopted by the Council of Ministers at its 7th ordinary session. Other topics discussed were financial situation of the Committee, budget of the special fund and recommendations to the Council of Ministers.
