The Commissioner for Peace and Security of theAfrican Union, H.E. Ambassador Smail Chergui of the African Union Commission, leading an inter-departmentaldelegation of the Commission, met today in Russia-Moscow with the Minister of ForeignAffairs of the Russian Federation, H.E.
