Abstract

Endorsing the Conclusions of the 5th ministerial meeting of the Joint Coordination Mechanism of the RCI-LRA. In this respect, the Council calls on the Commission to specifically take the following actions to the LRA by requesting the Heads of State of the RCI-LRA member states to meet on the margins of the next AU Summit, to be held in July 2016, in Kigali, Rwanda, to review the status of the RCI-LRA
