Abstract

This communique reiterates the AU concerns on ICC in Africa regarding their erosive impact on stability in the continent which have been the subject of various Assembly decisions. In this request the Peace and Security Council needs to consider the Draft of International Criminal Court Action plan arresting strategies for suspects.
