Report of the Chairperson of the Commission Measures to Strengthen Cooperation in the Prevention and Combating of Terrorism

Abstract

This report provides an overview of the terrorism threat and vulnerability in Africa, as well as an update on AU’s efforts to address this scourge, including through the elaboration of a normative framework and the establishment of the required institutional capacity. The report concludes with recommendations on the way forward.
