Abstract

This report outlines the deliberations of the workshop sessions and It consists of seven chapters made up of the folowing ;the introductory chapter, and six additional chapters structured along the pillars of the PCRD policy namely; security, disarmament, demobilisation, reinsertion,security sector governance, humanitarian,emergency assistance, political governance,transitions, socio-economic reconstruction, development, human rights, Justice reconciliation,women, youth and gender.
