Abstract

The Algiers Declaration on climate change, adopted on November 19, 2008 by the Conference of African Ministers of the Environment on climate change and the item was proposed by the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and the declaration will serve as the platform for African countries for future negotiations on climate change.
