Operational Conclusions, 8th Meeting of the Heads of Intelligence and Security Services of the Countries of the Sahelo-Saharan Region Grand Bassam, Cote D’ivoire 14-15 November 2016

Abstract

This report highlights the opening ceremony of the 8th meeting of the Heads of intelligence and security services of the countries in the Sahelo-Sahar- Region and the goodwill message from the Minister of African Integration and Ivoirians abroad, of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire, Ally Coulibaly. The report includes also the opening remarks by the AU Commissioner for peace and security, Ambassador Smail Chergui,as well as a welcome address from the representative of the Mayor of Grandv Bassam.
