This is a report on the donor meeting that was held in Berlin; opened by Ambassador Baumann, Deputy Federal Commissioner for Disarmament, who explained that the aim of the meeting was to foster closer coordination between donors and recipients in relation to individual donor priorities in the different projects areas.
