Abstract

This is an introductory report of the meeting of African State Parties to the Rome statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in reference to the implementation of Decision Assembly/AU/ Dec.221 (XII) on the application by the ICC Prosecutor for the indictment of the President of the Republic of the Sudan.
